Help pay bills for unexpected expenses such as:

  • mileage to and from dialysis

  • specialized transportation to and from dialysis

  • car repair so car is safe to drive to dialysis 3 times weekly,

  • ramp to access home due to a recent need of wheelchair,

  • stair lift so patient can remain independent in own home,

  • disaster relief grants (flooding, fire)

  • heat and electricity financial assistance

  • groceries and grocery gift cards due to food insecurity

  • financial assistance to help in situations of homelessness
